Refund Policy

OVERVIEW

Rose Nerds understands it is extremely important that your flowers are received fresh and in-time for your special event or fundraising campaign. It is extremely important that we receive accurate shipping information and delivery dates, in order to ensure that your flowers will be received at the time you need it.

Rose Nerds is not responsible for the following scenarios:

    Orders delivered to an incorrect addresses supplied by the customer. / Unsuccessful deliveries due to incorrect addresses supplied by the customer.

      Orders delivered on an incorrect date supplied by the customer.                                      
      Each product contains shipping information with recommended delivery dates before your special event. This is so the flowers have enough time to hydrate and fully bloom. If you're not sure of your delivery date, just contact us at Support@RoseNerds.com to confirm. 

        Unsuccessful deliveries based on the recipient not being present at the time of delivery attempt.                                                                                                                                          

        We will not request a signature for delivery since this product must be delivered in a timely manner. However, FedEx will require a signature for commercial addresses. An accurate contact name must be provided to guarantee delivery. Rose Nerds will not be responsible if an attempt was made but unsuccessful due to misinformation. 

          Diminished product quality due to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

            Diminished product quality due to improper handling by the recipient.                                    Flowers must be cared for within 24 hours. If you just received your flowers, please refer to our Flower Care guide for instructions on properly caring for your flowers until the time of arranging. Rose Nerds is not responsible for any flowers which were mistreated. 

            Claim Instructions

            All flowers must be opened and examined within 24 hours of delivery. During this timeframe, if you are not satisfied with your delivery, a claim must be filed via email to Support@RoseNerds.com, along with images to accompany the issue. Any complaints made after 24 hours of delivery are not guaranteed a refund. 

            Please provide a contact number so we can follow up verbally. All complaints must be communicated both verbally and accompanied with digital pictures before a refund may be granted. Please communicate with us immediately so we can better assist you. 

            Please note: your flowers will arrive looking tired and thirsty. They will perk up after flowers have had a chance to properly hydrate. If you are not sure whether your flowers were delivered in the right condition, please contact us immediately and we will be more than happy to assist you. 

            Order Cancellations
            Order cancellations must be received at least 7 days prior to your scheduled delivery date. If you wish to cancel your RoseNerds order please send an e-mail to support@RoseNerds.com, with the subject heading CANCEL. Please provide your order number along with your name and address in the body of the email.

            You will receive an email notice verifying cancellation of your order within 48 hours. All canceled orders will be charged a 15% service fee. RoseNerds will refund the amount you paid minus the 15% cancellation processing fee.

            Order Changes
            If you would like to make changes your flower order, please contact us 7 days prior to scheduled delivery date at support@rosenerds.com. We might not be able to make changes to an order without sufficient notice. There is a $10 fee to change the scheduled delivery address and is not guaranteed.

            Late or Missed Delivery
            In the event that an unforeseen delivery issue occurs, Rose Nerds will immediately contact the seller in order to correct the situation. If you received the wrong order, or your order was received late, Rose Nerds will first attempt to replace the items with a fresh replacement and deliver the very next day. 

            It is best to order 2-3 days before an event just in case such errors occur during delivery. Rose Nerds is not directly responsible for any errors occurred during shipment; however, we will attempt to correct every situation until our customers are completely satisfied. 

            In the event that a 2nd delivery is unsuccessful, Rose Nerds will then proceed with filing a claim for a full refund to the customer.

            Please do not send your purchases back to the manufacturer unless requested by RoseNerds.

            Waiting for Your Refund?
            Please allow time for refunds to fully process. Check with your bank if it's been 2 weeks and you still haven't received your refund.
